ANGLE METER - SLANT 1 - TAJIMA ASA BHANU TOOLS IN ASSOCIATION WITH TAJIMA TOOL CORPORATION, JAPAN PRESENTS SLANT 100. ITS AN ANGLE METER.IT IS MANUFACTURED TO CATER TO THE NEEDS OF FABRICATION, ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRIES. WITH THE ABS RESIN IS MADE THE INSTRUMENT CASE. A SUPER-LARGE BUBBLE VIAL WITH PERMANENT DUAL INDEX RING IN THE GROOVE GIVES CORRECT LEVEL INDICATION OVER A WIDE RANGE OF TEMPERATURE CHANGES. THIS INSTRUMENT IS MEANT FOR QUICK MEASURING/SETTING OF AN ANGLE/SLANT REQUIRED. FOR THE MEASUREMENT OF AN ANGLE/SLANT, THE USER HAS TO KEEP THE BOTTOM FACE OF SLANT 100 AGAINST THE SURFACE OF THE OBJECT, THEN ROTATE THE DIAL TILL THE BUBBLE IN THE VIAL IS CENTERED BETWEEN THE RINGS, THEN READ OUT THE POSITION OF POINTER SHOWN ON THE DIAL PLATE. UP AND DOWNWARD SLOPE MEASUREMENTS ARE AVAILABLE. THE UNIQUE ADVANTAGE OF THIS INSTRUMENT IS THAT THE POINTER STAYS IN LOCKING POSITION EVEN AFTER THE INSTRUMENT IS REMOVED FROM THE OBJECTS SURFACE, SO THAT THE USER CAN READ CORRECT ANGLE/SLANT WITH EASE. ITS USEFUL FOR INCLINATION MEASUREMENT IN CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY, USE FACE (B) AGAINST THE SURFACE OF THE OBJECT AND FOLLOW THE SAME PROCEDURE. FOR SETTING OF AN ANGIE/SLANT REQUIRED, ROTATE THE DIAL POINTER UP TO THE ANGLE/SLANT REQUIRED AND SET THE OBJECT TO THE SURFACE (A) OF SLANT 100, MOVE THEM BOTH IN THE INCORPORATED STYLE UNTIL THE BUBBLE IN THE VIAL IS CENTERED BETWEEN THE RINGS. SLANT 100 IS RIGGED WITH CONVERSION TABLE FOR RISES TO SLANTS AND RISES TO ANGLES. SPECIFICATIONS ARE: RANGE OF MEASUREMENT: 130°-0-130° (50°- 90°- 0 - 90° - 50°); RATIO BETWEEN SURFACE (A) AND RISE (N): BETWEEN 01 TO 0.8 (EVERY 0.05 NOTCH) AND 1.00, 1.20, 1.50, 1.80 TO 2.00; AND TOLERANCE: ±1°.
