MASTER CAM CONTROLLERS - MASTER/CAM CONTROLLERS ARE MADE IN IP 412 AS WELL AS IP 54 ENCLOSURE THE HOUSING IS MADE FROM SUITABLE REINFORCD SHEET STEEL WHEREAS IN CASE OF IP-54 THE BASE AND COVER HAVE MACHINED SURFACE TO PROTECT THE CONTROLLER AGAINST DUST THE MASTER/CAM CONTROLLER ARE PROVIDED WITH AS EASILY REMOVABLE COVER HAVING AMPLE AREA FOR EASY MAINTENANCE THE CAM SHAFT ON WHICH THE CAMPS ARE FITTED IS MOUNTED IN THE HOUSING ON MOULDED BUSHES OF SYNTHETIC MATERIAL WHICH ARE FIXES TO THE CAMSHAFT ARE WALL BY MEANS OF SCREWS THE CAMS ARE FITTED ON THE CAMSHAFT ARE MOULDED FROM THE HIGHEST QUALITY SYNTHETIC MATERIAL AND ARE ACCURATELY CUT TO CORRESPOND TO THE SWITCHING SEQUENCE AND NUMBER OF STEPS REQUIRED BY THE CUSTOMER

RESISTANCE BOXES - - THE RESISTANCE BOXES ARE DESIGNED FOR BOTH AC AND DC APPLICATIONS WITH USES IN WINCHES, EOT CRANES, ROLLING MILLS, STEEL PLANTS, FLOUR MILLS, CEMENT PLANTS, POWER PLANTS, COAL MINES, ETC, FOR SPEED CONTROLLING AND DEVELOPING HIGHER STARTING TORQUE. CCE RESISTANCE BOXES ARE DESIGNED TO BSS/VDE/NEMA/IEEE STANDARDS AND CAN ALSO DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE RESISTORS AS PER STANDARDS SPECIFIED BY THE CUSTOMER. GENERALLY, THE RESISTOR GRIDS ARE EITHER MADE OF STAINLESS STEEL WIRE OR PUNCHED STEEL SHEET, MAKING THESE RESISTANCE BOXES FROM CCE SUITABLE FOR A MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE RISE OF 375°C AS STIPULATED IN BSS SPECIFICATIONS. IN CASE OF SS GRID RESISTANCE BOXES, THE RESISTOR GRIDS CONSIST OF CORROSION RESISTANT SS WIRES OR STRIPS. THE CURRENT RATING GENERALLY RANGES FROM 7 AMPS CONTINUOUS AND UPWARDS AND THE SIZE OF THE WIRE IS DETERMINED BASED ON THE TECHNICAL DATA OF THE MOTOR ON WHICH THE RESISTANCE BOX IS TO BE CONNECTED. HIGHER RATINGS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE BY USING MULTIPLE PARALLEL PATHS, WHERE AS IN CASE OF PUNCHED STEEL RESISTORS, THE GRIDS ARE MADE FROM NICKEL CHROMIUM ALLOY SHEET STEEL. DEPENDING ON THE RATING REQUIRED, THE GRIDS, WHICH WERE PREVIOUSLY PUNCHED ON A DIE FIXTURE ARE ASSEMBLED TO FORM THE DESIRED RESISTANCE BOX. THE INHERENT STRENGTHS OF THE STEEL ITSELF IS QUITE HIGH AND OWING TO THE REINFORCED AND PRESSED CONSTRUCTION, THE RIGIDITY OF THE PUNCHED GRIDS IS EVEN HIGHER AND SINCE THE GRIDS ARE IN THE FORM OF PUNCHED SHEETS, THEY ARE COMPLETELY IMMUNE TO SHOCK AND VIBRATION.

LEVER LIMIT SWITCH - LEVER LIMIT SWITCHES USED FOR HEAVY-DUTY EOT CRANES, WAGON SHUNTING DEVICES, ETC, TO PREVENT OVER TRAVELLING OR OVER TRAVERSING ON POWER AND CONTROL CIRCUIT UP TO 500 V AC 50 CYCLES/SECOND AND 40 A CURRENT RATING. THIS CRANE CONTROL-MAKE LEVER LIMIT SWITCH NORMALLY REMAINS CLOSED AND CUTS OFF POWER TO STOP THE MOTOR OF THE PARTICULAR MOTION, WHICH OPERATES WHEN ITS LEVER REACHES ITS PRE-DETERMINED POSITION AND IS MOVED OVER A PROJECTING MEMBER FIXED ON THE GIRDER. THE SWITCH CONTACTS ARE AUTOMATICALLY RESET WHEN THE LEVER RETURNS TO ZERO POSITION DUE TO SPRING ACTION. IT IS MADE IN IP-41 AS WELL AS IN IP-54 ENCLOSURES. THE CONTACTS HAVE A MAXIMUM CONTINUOUS CURRENT CAPACITY OF 40 A AC AND ARE MADE OF HIGH-GRADE SILVER CADMIUM OXIDE ALLOY. WHEN USED FOR SERIES OPERATION UP TO 40 A MAXIMUM, THE CONTACTS ARE SUITABLE FOR 720 OPERATIONS PER HOUR AND IN CASE OF SHUNT OPERATION FOR CONTROL CIRCUIT, THE CONTACTS ARE SUITABLE FOR 1200 OPERATIONS PER HOUR. THE SAME CONTACTS CAN BE USED IN SERIES AS WELL AS IN SHUNT CONFIGURATIONS. THE MATERIAL IS NON-TRACKING AND IS CAPABLE OF WITHSTANDING HEAVY ARCING.
